En ese tiempo, su esposo le ped\u00eda que no dijera que estaban casados porque no quer\u00eda dejar de recibir la atenci\u00f3n de algunas alumnas, de las cuales Anah\u00ed descubr\u00eda cartas de amor que le entregaban a su pareja y que a \u00e9l le gustaba guardar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tiempo continu\u00f3 su curso y con \u00e9l vino el primer embarazo. La v\u00edctima comparte que luego de una visita con el ginec\u00f3logo, su c\u00f3nyuge tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de ir a la casa de sus pap\u00e1s, ubicada en una aldea de Sacatep\u00e9quez; pero, como no hab\u00eda transporte p\u00fablico hasta el lugar, un vecino accedi\u00f3 a llevarlos en la palangana de un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pickup<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pese a no sentirse c\u00f3moda por el estado gestacional, \u00e9l la oblig\u00f3, y en una curva pronunciada se golpe\u00f3 con el borde del veh\u00edculo, siendo el golpe tan fuerte que perdi\u00f3 a su beb\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00fan con el sentimiento presente y l\u00e1grimas continuas, recuerda que diez meses despu\u00e9s del incidente, qued\u00f3 embarazada de nuevo, con la condici\u00f3n de alto riesgo. Sin embargo, fue una \u00e9poca de muchos cambios, ya que a la vez dej\u00f3 de asistir a la universidad, a la cual su esposo le acompa\u00f1aba todos los d\u00edas a tal punto de sentarse junto a ella y interrumpir al profesor para corregirlo; tal presi\u00f3n la llev\u00f3 a tomar la decisi\u00f3n de dedicarse a su salud y la de su hijo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando naci\u00f3 el primog\u00e9nito, en el a\u00f1o 2001, con tal de no gastar en los insumos necesarios, \u00e9l la forzaba a reutilizar los pa\u00f1ales desechables y se molestaba cada vez que la criatura lloraba. De nuevo, a los diez meses, volvi\u00f3 a quedar embarazada de su segundo hijo, pero cuando \u00e9ste naci\u00f3 en<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2002, el padre se ausent\u00f3 del momento por completo, pese a que el ni\u00f1o naci\u00f3 con una enfermedad cong\u00e9nita, bajas expectativas de vida y posteriormente diagnosticado con autismo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La confusi\u00f3n entre lo que para ella era amor y a la vez ser testigo del abandono intermitente, de las injusticias, del maltrato y de las emociones tergiversadas, llev\u00f3 a que Anah\u00ed comenzara a tener pensamientos suicidas. Todo en simult\u00e1neo con el hecho de que comenz\u00f3 a ser abusada sexualmente por quien una vez le hab\u00eda prometido respeto, protecci\u00f3n y compa\u00f1\u00eda Pese a que la violencia entre pareja se agrav\u00f3 y que en el 2004 \u00e9l intent\u00f3 matarla, este fue el v\u00e9rtice de la historia en donde la v\u00edctima tom\u00f3 fuerza, decidi\u00f3 desafiarlo y tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de salir a una cena familiar aunque \u00e9l \u201cno le hubiera dado permiso de hacerlo\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con la herida a\u00fan en el alma, Anah\u00ed comenta que dicha decisi\u00f3n, al volver, le cost\u00f3 la ira total del sujeto, quien arremeti\u00f3 con insultos, gritos, la forceje\u00f3 al ba\u00f1o en donde fue abusada sexualmente, la encerr\u00f3 en la habitaci\u00f3n y hasta la estrangul\u00f3 con el cord\u00f3n de una l\u00e1mpara. Como pudo logr\u00f3 escapar a la casa de sus pap\u00e1s y puso una denuncia ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP), la cual nunca procedi\u00f3 y por lo cual no se abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quien en ese entonces a\u00fan fuese su pareja comenz\u00f3 a hostigarla constantemente y a amenazar a su familia, por lo que Anah\u00ed decidi\u00f3 volver con \u00e9l con la desdicha de que ahora ten\u00eda motivos para denigrarla a\u00fan m\u00e1s por el hecho de haberlo denunciado. Incluso cada vez que iban de visita con los abuelos, la suegra de la v\u00edctima no la dejaba entrar y solo le sacaba un plato de comida para que se alimentara fuera de la casa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las formas de violencia por parte del abusador evolucionaron hasta el punto de cortar todo apoyo econ\u00f3mico para sostener los gastos del hogar y mantener a su segundo hijo en las terapias que necesitaba. Adem\u00e1s, le narraba a la v\u00edctima con todos los detalles la manera en c\u00f3mo quisiera asesinarla, y cuando ella trataba de dormir \u00e9l sacaba la escopeta que ten\u00eda bajo su poder, la cargaba para perturbarle el sue\u00f1o y lograr que no descansara nada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro de la relaci\u00f3n Anah\u00ed rog\u00f3 varias veces por el divorcio, y la din\u00e1mica se hab\u00eda tornado en un vaiv\u00e9n de estar juntos y separados. Para enero de 2021, la desesperaci\u00f3n la llev\u00f3 al intento de suicidi\u00f3; pero, no habi\u00e9ndolo conseguido y con el aliento de sus hijos, decidi\u00f3 acudir nuevamente al MP, un par de meses despu\u00e9s, a poner una denuncia en contra de su esposo espec\u00edficamente por violencia Si bien las amenazas continuaban, su pareja finalmente le ofreci\u00f3 el divorcio, pero bajo sus condiciones, por lo que Anah\u00ed deb\u00eda negar que ten\u00edan bienes en com\u00fan, hijos y tampoco pod\u00eda reclamar nada a su favor; a lo que ella accedi\u00f3 con el fin de acabar con la situaci\u00f3n y firmar el divorcio lo antes posible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin detenerse a pensar en c\u00f3mo construir una vida de nuevo, sali\u00f3 de la casa junto con sus hijos porque su exesposo hab\u00eda puesto la propiedad a nombre de su amante. Se mud\u00f3 a la casa de sus pap\u00e1s y comenz\u00f3 a buscar ayuda psicol\u00f3gica, la cual le benefici\u00f3 e hizo entender muchos de los comportamientos y reacciones que hubo durante la relaci\u00f3n, logrando catalogar lo que sufri\u00f3 como una \u201cviolaci\u00f3n al alma\u201d, que ocurre en silencio y sin dejar rastro f\u00edsico como prueba.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La denuncia en el MP contin\u00faa en proceso activo. Sin embargo, Anah\u00ed afirma que no se han hecho las investigaciones pertinentes, por lo que teme que posiblemente fallen a favor de \u00e9l. Uno de los problemas que resalta es que, en cada audiencia, la fiscal\u00eda le asigna un abogado diferente, por lo que nunca est\u00e1n familiarizados con el caso; lo mismo sucede con el juez. Incluso, intent\u00f3 ampliar su denuncia a violencia econ\u00f3mica, pero la fiscal no procedi\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con los ojos llorosos y apretando las manos,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuenta que, en una ocasi\u00f3n, una juez dimiti\u00f3 algunas pruebas que ella hab\u00eda presentado porque la fecha era antes de la creaci\u00f3n de la Ley Contra el Femicidio y Otras Formas de Violencia Contra La Mujer, en el 2008. Sumado a esto, resalta que las audiencias han retrasado su proceso psicol\u00f3gico, ya que debe presentarse y escuchar las declaraciones del abusador una y otra vez, llev\u00e1ndola a sufrir cuadros de depresi\u00f3n con los que debe lidiar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 9 de octubre de 2023 ser\u00e1 la \u00faltima audiencia. Ese d\u00eda las medidas de seguridad que actualmente tiene pierden su validez, pues solamente est\u00e1n vigentes mientras haya una denuncia y un proceso penal activo.
